The LOT is a 28,000 SF project located in the heart of La Jolla, California. The concept of this project was to renovate an existing grocery store with below grade parking into a seven-screen luxury cinema with a full-service restaurant and bar. The design is inspired by the proximity to the sea, art, culture, food, music, and climate of the La Jolla neighborhood. These elements transformed into an open-air modern restaurant and bar, an organic outdoor pavilion, and a bold luxury cinema.
