Farm House Collective
Located in Riverside, California, the Farmhouse Collective is a 9,891 SF 1950’s era motel being renovated into a unique dining and retail experience. This historic site sits blocks away from UC Riverside, which inspired the concept of creating indoor and outdoor retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. The main objective was to maintain the integrity of this historic site by conserving and protecting the original building, furniture, and landscape inspired by the “anti-mall retail Project” in Costa Mesa.
