This project reimagines a 15,000 SF market building for a Grocer in Newport Beach. Our design integrates ample parking, a pedestrian path, and a welcoming outdoor patio by the entrance. The upper facade features distinctive wood louvers that provide shading and unique aesthetic appeal. This design ensures the market is functional, accessible, and inviting from all angles, blending modern aesthetics with practical elements to create a standout community asset.
