This Assisted Living Facility consists of a two-story building of approximately 80,000 square feet and includes 82 living units open to courtyard areas along with community rooms such as living rooms, dining and kitchen areas, bistro, activities room, offices, library, theater/ media room, convenience store, fitness room, chapel, beauty salon, and other uses. The project also includs an Alzheimer’s/Memory Care Building which is 1-story and approximtely 20,000 square feet. The design of this building opens to a central coutyard and consists of 33 units, 12 of which are double occupancy.
