UCLA's first LEED-certified fraternity house located across from the University Campus on Gayley Avenue. The four-story structure on a hillside lot provides student housing for 185 students over parking and common areas. Outdoor yards terrace on the hillside allow for recreational and study zones to enhance the student environment.
