Our history with Tustin Legacy goes back to 2003 when we served as the Master Plan Architect for the 860-acre master developer’s section in partnership with Tustin Legacy Community Partners. Our responsibilities included creating the master plan, community development plan, and design guidelines. We also worked closely with the City of Tustin, contributing to the Master Developer Disposition process and participating in the Developer selection committee. Over the years, we’ve built a strong relationship with the City staff overseeing Tustin Legacy, reinforcing our connection to this significant project.
