Catalina Kitchen is an 8,700 SF remodeled restaurant nestled within Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The Project’s main objective was to create an open kitchen designed to showcase the culinary process of using only wholesome ingredients. The idea of transparency in cooking translated to the rest of the interior renovation, prompting modifications to the existing walls to provide openings for a visible working kitchen.
