This project features a collection of (9) 3-level residential town homes. These town homes provide families the opportunity to live in a dense urban area while also maintaining a sense of privacy and safety. The first floor of every unit contains a single car garage and small seating area. The upper levels provide additional living essentials including bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms and feature large windows for enhanced daylight. The primary feature of each town home is the access to outdoor space, located at first floor patio areas, offset balconies, and roof top terraces at the upper level of each individual unit design.
