The retail shopping center spans approximately twenty point twenty-six (20.26) acres and comprises twelve (12) retail buildings totaling 208,000 square feet. It is situated at the northern end of an adjacent build-for-rent community called “Viviano at Red Cliffs,” which features about 300 single-family homes, townhomes, and patio homes across 50 acres. The Project intends to provide a pedestrian connection between the southern residential area and the northern retail space, hence the name “The Paseo.”
