This proposal for a ground up, mixed use building is located in Colorado. It comprises a single story of ground-level retail and five levels of residential spaces above. The retail level offers a dynamic atmosphere with a variety of shops and businesses, carefully designed to serve the neighborhood’s needs. The residential levels are thoughtfully planned to accommodate different lifestyles in the community, providing a range of housing options, from studios and one-bedroom units to spacious two-bedroom apartments.
